I hope this video is quick, simple, to the point, and helps you make this dish easily and quickly at YOUR house! Ingredients: -1 pound of ground beef -1 pound of ground pork -1 cup of milk -piece of dry bread -big spoon of mustard (i like Dijon) -2 cloves of garlic finely chopped -half an onion (make sure to chop this very finely) -one egg -salt -fresh ground pepper -bread crumbs (homemade are best and inexpensive and easy to make) -1 cup of vegetable oil Additional Information: -Serve this with mashed potatoes and with a salad for presentation to impress your friends ;-) ENJOY GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
